The coffee cherries for this lot were produced on the farm of Finca Frailes, owned by Gerardo Calvo, Zaira Marín and William Méndez. All three are close friends and own and manage Finca Frailes. They are the second and third generations producing coffee.

On the nose: Parmesan, nutmeg, red/black pepper, tahini, sun dried tomatoes.
On the palate: Citrus fruits, especially lime, eggplant, pine nuts, parmesan.
Acidity:Strong, citric, tartaric, acetic, lactic and chlorogenic acid
Sweetness: Strong, molasses sweetness.
Finish: A long and palate-covering finish.
Body/Viscosity: Strong body, strong viscosity.
Feel: Umami, spicy and funky.
