Products purchased from our Site can only be returned to our Site within 14 days from the day you receive them.

Used products are not refundable.

For returns and exchanges, the return shipping fee will be covered by the recipient. If the reason for the return is due to an issue on our part or with the shipping, the return shipping fee will be covered by our company. In cases where shipping was free, if the reason for the return is not due to an issue on our part or the shipping company, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the recipient fails to accept the delivery despite proper notification from our company and the shipping provider, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

 

Payment for products purchased from our website can only be made by credit card and other methods specified on our website.
