At Null Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you quickly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
- Free Shipping: Shipping is free for orders of 900 TL or more.
- Shipping Fee: For orders below 900 TL, the shipping fee will be covered by the recipient.
- Shipping Provider: Our shipments are made through Yurtiçi Kargo.
DELIVERY TIME
Your orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, an email containing your shipment details will be automatically sent to you by the system.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEES- For returns and exchanges, the return shipping fee will be covered by the recipient.
- If the reason for the return is due to an issue on our part or with the shipping, the return shipping fee will be covered by our company.
- In cases where shipping was free, if the reason for the return is not due to an issue on our part or the shipping company, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- If the recipient fails to accept the delivery despite proper notification from our company and the shipping provider, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
