Acidity: Pronounced citric and tartaric acidity lively.
Sweetness: Dark chocolate syrup.
Finish: Long, syrupy finish.
Body/Viscosity: Medium body, medium-high viscosity. Velvety.
Mouthfeel: Evocative of cherry pie and black mulberry ice cream. If this coffee were a beer, it would be "black IPA".
