Sweet flower bouquet, honeysuckle, mimosa, elderflower on the nose.
White peach on the palate, a mix of white wine grape varieties, loquat. Dried fruit flavors such as currants. Sweet like flower honey with pollen spilled on it. Quite complex and elegant.

We are pleased to present this special coffee from the Cup of Excellence finalist Los Arboles farm.

Arley Delgado attributes his success to the support and skill of his wife, Maria. Together, the Delgados are developing farming practices that better protect their environment, while improving processing techniques through innovative sustainable solutions. Maria and Arley Delgado stand out as an excellent example of the success that can be achieved when husband and wife work together with respect and love. In Colombia's male-dominated coffee production culture, it is not uncommon to see such a strong and balanced relationship between spouses. The Delgado family chose the geisha variety after noticing the respect international buyers have for its flavor profile. With the support of Inconexus, who helps them secure high-quality geisha seedlings, their farm is located at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level, with a wonderful view and surrounded by lush trees. It is these picturesque landscapes that led them to call the farm Finca Los Arboles, which means "trees" in Spanish. Maria and Arley carefully select ripe and red cherries and process them on their farm. The cherries are visually inspected, hand-picked one by one, turned into pulp and left to ferment for 24 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is washed again with clean water and then dried. The coffees are frequently raked to ensure even drying throughout the process, while complete drying takes approximately 15 days.
